چکیده

This study was conducted to investigate the genotype by environment (G×E) interaction of 20 rice hybrids tested in eight environments which include four locations and two different cropping seasons Malaysia. The parameter observed on yield per ha, number panicles plant, filled grains panicle, thousand-grain weight. Data analysis used ANOVA stability measurement according AMMI GGE biplot graph. indicated that all studied phenotypic showed significantly variance genotypes, season, location, location × season. most promising were G19, G3, G18, G13, G8, G7, G14, resulting a higher mean ha. multivariate defined those divided into three categories. first category is with high wide adaptability (G19, G3 G4), second hybrid exhibiting suitable for specific (G12) lastly, low (G9, G11 G1). Hybrids stable performance could be further evaluated large-scale planting prior release commercial.

Genotypic stability and adaptability in tropical maize based on AMMI and GGE biplot analysis.

We evaluated the phenotypic and genotypic stability and adaptability of hybrids using the additive main effect and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) and genotype x genotype-environment interaction (GGE) biplot models. Starting with 10 single-cross hybrids, a complete diallel was done, resulting in 45 double-cross hybrids that were appraised in 15 locations in Southeast, Center-West and Northeas...

Evaluation of soybean lines and environmental stratification using the AMMI, GGE biplot, and factor analysis methods.

In the final phases of new soybean cultivar development, lines are cultivated in several locations across multiple seasons with the intention of identifying and selecting superior genotypes for quantitative traits. In this context, this study aimed to study the genotype-by-environment interaction for the trait grain yield (kg/ha), and to evaluate the adaptability and stability of early-cycle so...

Genotype × environment interaction by AMMI and GGE biplot analysis in three consecutive generations of wheat (Triticum aestivum) under normal and drought stress conditions

Thirty six wheat genotypes derived from diallel crosses from F1 to F3 and their parents were evaluated in six different environments for the stability of performance. Performance was measured by seed yield per plant under drought and non-drought stress conditions. The experiment was conducted as a randomised complete block design with three replications in over one year. Additive main effects a...
